The transfer of personal data from cookies is carried out to the United States of America on the basis of the agreement on the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 46 par. 2 letter c) regulations – entered into standard contractual clauses with Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Directly from the person concerned (by giving consent when visiting the website).

What is the retention period:

The operator processes personal data from cookies for a maximum period of 24 months from the granting of consent. Depending on the type of cookie, their processing time also varies.

Profiling:

The operator does not process personal data from cookies by profiling or in a similar way based on automated individual decision-making.

Obligation to provide personal data in the form of cookies:

The website visitor, as the person concerned, provides his / her personal data voluntarily, on the basis of consent (provision is not a legal / contractual requirement). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
